devotion

Katie is an Inner Peace Mentor and the founder of Path of Peace, a contemplative space devoted to restoring peace as our true nature and birthright.

Her work is not simply theoretical or intellectual. It is a distillation of her lived experience that has been embodied and patiently integrated over time, carrying the kind of wisdom that speaks beyond the mind and into the deeper chambers of the soul.

After nearly two decades of suicidality, self-harm, chronic illness, and relentless inner striving, Katie discovered that peace is not something that could be earned, fixed, or achieved; it is something we rest in when we stop resisting life and reconcile to God. Her journey led her through Psychology, therapy, and years of spiritual seeking before arriving at a radical truth:

…we are not broken, and we were never meant to heal alone.

facilitation

Katie’s facilitation through her signature framework The Secret Garden is shaped by her lived passage from the battlefield to the garden: from barely surviving to choosing to live fully alive.

Rooted in a deeply personal relationship with Christ, her work is centred around a living understanding that humanity is in the midst of a collective return to Eden, not as a place in the afterlife, but as a state of being that is rooted in God’s original design: in harmonious belonging with Creation. Her work invites people into The Secret Place – a space of prayerful listening, nervous system softening, and profound transformation.

She weaves together contemplative prayer, nature-based wisdom, embodied presence, and intuitive inquiry to support a natural restoration of trust, vitality, and inner peace.

Rather than “doing the work,” Katie guides people into allowing the work to be done in them.

At its core, Path of Peace is a living devotion to Proverbs 3:5-6:

“Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to Him, and He will make your paths straight.”

approach

Her approach is especially resonant for those who feel caught in the spiritual in-between: exhausted by self-improvement, spiritual striving, or endless healing modalities. Often successful, capable, and deeply introspective, they rightly sense that something essential is missing. Through her guidance, clients experience a profound return to simplicity: a felt sense of safety, a restored connection to God, and an embodied peace that remains steady even as life continues to unfold.

Katie’s presence is calm, discerning, and deeply attuned. She does not rush, fix, or impose solutions. With her ability to see deeply into belief systems and patterns, she holds space for what is true to emerge, trusting the innate intelligence of the body, the soul, and the living God.
